Is there a free trial available?
No, we do not offer a free trial period, in fact we require a deposit to begin the project. Anywhere from 30%-50% of the project’s overall price. During this period, you will have full access to all of our features and services.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your project at any time. You can also add-on to your project. (Estimated date of finished project subject to change.)
What is your cancellation policy?
You can request a refund within 48 hours of your project begin date. Contact us and we will process your refund.
How does billing work?
After your free consultation, you will receive a quote. Forms of payment will be discussed. A deposit will be required to proceed business.
How do I change my personal info?
You can contact us via email or phone. Please have your order number ready for identification.
Can I get an invoice for my purchase?
